  1. ... received this email this morning:

"Dear BHM (Frank), Many thanks for the model car I received on Friday afternoon, Evsal 1938 Humber Super Snipe saloon and in perfect condition.

I was also impressed with the speed and ease of the transaction and also how quickly it arrived on my doorstep.

I hopefully look forward to purchasing another model from you at some time in the future and thank you once again.

     Yours, David G."

    Regards to all,

    Frank.

  2. HC2, the 1750HL Austin Maestro is back in stock.

Numbers are limited and will be kept at the old price until sold out.

SMTS have told me that the price of the Hastings Classics range will be increasing by £20 per model.

This is to cover production costs which were underestimated with the original launch models.

    Regards to all,

    Frank.

  3. I've been receiving emails enquiring about the next availability of the Maestro. Here's a reply I've just sent to a customer in Italy...

    Hello Antonio,

    Thank you for the email.

The model has been a great success and sold out. The manufacturer will be making another batch, but they won't be ready for about 6 weeks, owing to his other production commitments.

I will list them back on the site when they next become available.

    Kind regards,

    Frank.

    Regards to all,

    Frank.

  4. ... of the ESVAL, LIMITED EDITON Super Snipes and Trident sports car.

If you've pre-ordered, don't worry! You'll have priority in dispatch.

If you haven't pre-ordered, you can buy a model now off the site, and I'll post it to you as soon as possible after they arrive - sometime this week. There is bound to be big interest in these models so sooner rather than later would be the advice.

    Regards to all,

    Frank.

  5. Hi Frank,

The Maestro arrived today and I'm very pleased with it.

I've collected "hand-builts" for some years but now it is relatively hard to find white metal models of British subjects, actually made in the UK.

This, excellent model ticks all the boxes and is good value, certainly compared to the price level of - - - - - - - - output these days.

    More please,

    Best regards

    D
